This three-part “fusion oratorio speaks” with a fresh and bold voice, incorporating a variety of musical styles seamlessly woven into a unified whole. Poems and passages are artfully crafted into a hopeful plea to offer all humans the dignity and respect they deserve, inspired by the story of Matthew Shepard, the young gay man who was the victim of a hate crime.
